Having Trouble with Your Goals? Apply 5 Simple Steps for Guaranteed Results
Before I am about to introduce the simple steps how you can achieve results for your goals. I like to take this chance to explain what a goal purpose is for.
Definition of Goal:
"the state of affairs that a plan is intended to achieve and that (when achieved) terminates behavior intended to achieve it"
as defined at : http://www.wordreference.com/definition/goal
Basically we set goals to achieve objectives to achieve something we want to be done in our life. However, there are many who plan out their goals tend to give up on them too soon before they actually achieve it.
I too was one of those victims who had a problem setting goals and achieving them. I set new goals every year but realized I never once achieve any of them. Have you ever wonder why?
As I ponder the problem as to why it was not happening to me then I did some research on it and came out with these 5 simple steps once implement will guaranteed you to achieve almost anything!
Here is my simple five step Goal settings that can be used to reach any goal every time:
1. Decide what is your objective that you want exactly
(write it down on a piece of paper and paste it some where in your room where you can see it very clearly everyday)
2. Write down reasons WHY do you want it!
(Make sure you write this down in bold and big! Also, the bigger the reason the more it will motivate you from giving yourself up)
3. Define in clear details what are the actions you need to take to achieve it
(Ensure the actions are written clearly on the paper with as much details as possible.)
4. SCHEDULE THE ACTIONS on your calendar! (DO NOT SKIP THIS!)
(Write in detail all the steps involved on your calendar to be able to achieve the result you want)
5. Lastly YOU MUST DO IT!
(Many people set goals but do they really bother to do it! That's the no.1 reason why when they set goals nothing seems to be achieve in the end)
Once all that is done, you must find images or photos that represent your goal and put them in place you will often see! (example, your screensaver, your room door, bathroom, office desk)
If your goal is a long term goal, you have to break it into smaller goals. Schedule at least one thing to do each day. Setup your goals to be done each day and it will add up and you will create enough momentum to carry you through!
Also you want to let people know what your goals are! Tell as much people as you can. In the office, your family members, your friends any one who you meet! Why must you do that? It's because if they know your goal and see that nice car on your goal chart. They can sometimes remind you how's that car goal of yours coming! Which in turn reminds you to do what you actually plan out for.
So Live your dreams today and starting doing it!

Practise Makes Perfect!
In life, there are many things, as well as, experiences which we can learn from. There is often a saying, \'To err is human\', which means that none of us in this world is perfect. As long as we are humans, even people whom we admire most makes mistakes at some point in their lives.
But, the point is, one should always strive for perfection though we can never be. But we should never ever give up in ourselves. However, effort doesn\'t mean success but no effort means total failure. We should be sure of what we desire in life, and should work hard towards that aim.
Many a times, we encounter obstacles in the process of achieving our goals but we could view obstacles as 2 things. (1) Frightful Things or (2) Opportunities. So we have a choice in life. To be up or to be down. To be great or to be mediocre. We choose.
There are some people who do things halfway, and retreat when they encounter hurdles or obstacles. This is obviously the wrong approach towards success. To accomplish great things, YOU should set your mind clear and go for it. You will get to taste the sweetness of your success only when you continue and strive.
I recalled once when I took part in an English Essay Writing Competition whilst I was studying in primary school. Beside me, there were many other candidates taking part as well who were quite creative and strong in their essay writings too. At first, I didn't really feel confident if I could win the top prize. However, I told myself that I should not worry about the competition but just do my best.
The topic which I wrote was quite easy, as I had encountered it on another source before. I thought that I could surely claim the much coveted 1st prize in the competition, such is my confidence. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I was first runners-up, losing just by 0.5 mark to the winner. You could imagine my anguish and disappointment.
From that day onwards, I put even greater efforts and try even harder the next time. Guess what, my essay writing skills improved. It just got better and better after each test. I certainly felt a great sense of satisfaction and achievement after I knew I had continuously pratise and practise.

How To Turn Fear Into Success?
Fear can be a healthy emotion. When a person is completely fearless, such as a person who is experiencing a manic episode, they can gamble away the family's life savings or risk their life and honor in foolish behavior. There is a natural aspect of fear that protects us from disaster. On the other hand, fear can keep us from success. While natural caution is a good thing, there is also a place for taking a risk, especially when you are seeking to gain success.
Some common fears are those that involve other people. Extreme shyness, for example, is really much like a fear of other people. Shy people might be afraid that others will reject them or dislike them. Another people fear that many people have is that of public speaking. Oddly, many people who are not afraid in a one-on-one people situation can be paralyzed by the thought of speaking before a group. In fact, public speaking often ranks first on surveys of common fears people have.
Being bold and brave around people, whether one-on-one or before a group, is a necessary element of success. If you have people fears to overcome, keep this in mind. In many ways, a person who is shy is actually a better candidate for success than the bold extrovert. Why is this so? It is because the shy person often has more of an awareness and even respect for others than the extrovert.
We've all met the pushy salesman type of person, who seems to have absolutely no respect for us as an individual but only wants what he or she can get from us. If you have a respectful fear of people, you won't become this type of businessperson! However, the flip side of this is that your fear might be rooted in an unrealistically negative opinion of yourself.
Think about your fear of people. Is it because you respect them or because you don't have a very good view of yourself? Here is a nugget of wisdom that can even be found in the Bible. Don't compare yourself with others. The Good Book says that when we compare ourselves among ourselves we are not wise. Everyone has good points and bad points. Instead of comparing yourself with someone else, try comparing yourself to who you were yesterday.
The other fear that can hinder your success is the fear to take a risk. This can be a fear of failure or a fear of the unknown. Maybe you're even a little afraid of success! Are those risky events as big a risk as not taking a chance on success? Think about it. Doing nothing is risky, too. If you really want to be a success and reach your deepest goals and dreams, you will have to step out and take action someday. In fact, today is the day.
Risk taking gets easier with practice. You might have to give yourself a big shove to take the first scary step toward success, but the next step shouldn't be quite so scary. If it is, just keep stepping. Many people have overcome their fears through positive thought processes and facing those fears head-on. Don't let fear keep you from success.
